Rick Jewell is an experienced finance and accounting professional with over 15 years of leadership across outsourced accounting, corporate finance, healthcare, real estate, hospitality, and professional services. He specializes in helping organizations build accurate, scalable, and insight-driven accounting functions that support informed decision-making and sustainable growth.


Throughout his career, Rick has led full-cycle accounting operations, including financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, multi-entity accounting, budgeting and forecasting, audit support, and internal controls. He brings extensive experience reviewing financials and workpapers, managing both local and offshore accounting teams, and integrating accounting systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.

Rick currently leads client accounting and advisory services, partnering closely with business owners and executive teams to translate financial data into actionable insight. His approach goes beyond compliance, he focuses on strengthening processes, improving financial clarity, and providing practical guidance that enables clients to understand their numbers and use them as a strategic tool.


His background includes a senior role such as Controller, Corporate Accounting Manager, and Accounting Manager, as well as experience in public accounting and audit. This combination allows Rick to bring both a strong technical foundation and a real-world operational perspective to every client engagement.


Rick holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality financial support. His goal is to serve as a trusted partner, helping clients build confidence in their financial operations so they can focus on running and growing their business.
